Two Humber housing schemes benefit from Kickstart fund
The second round of the Government’s Kickstart fund, aimed at restarting work on mothballed projects, has been announced. 24 national schemes will share £27 million funding. Two of these schemes are on the south bank of the Humber Estuary. The 71 home development, Kirks Paddock, Grimsby, is being developed by Redrow Homes Ltd and will receive over £710,000 to continue construction.  Fox Fold, Barton upon Humber, also being developed by Redrow Homes Ltd, will receive over £624,000 funding to continue constructing 68 new homes. 60 of the homes constructed across the two sites will be available through Homebuy Direct, an equity loan scheme co-funded by the Government and the developer.
