Who is the pack aimed at?
It is aimed at preparing young people for Work Experience so that they can make the most of their placement. For this reason it is best delivered to 14 and 15 year olds. However, it can be used by other age groups and similar exercises are used in management development training.

ippr have produced a report which debates how the three parties could stake their ground with more bold approaches to the issue of young people not in employment, education or training (NEETs) the number of which has grown by over forty thousand people.
